Workforce

  • West Group security Services currently employees over 300 security guards.
  • The company is gender sensitive, there is a fair number of female guards within company employees
  • We have skilled and experienced officers, some of whom have a strong military background.
  • We also boast of a young crop of school leavers and university graduates. Some of our most treasured clients have been impressed by the vibrancy and agility of this lot.
  • Most of the senior managers are highly experienced people in security matters as they are former senior officers from the Police and the army.
